The Role: Delivery Technician & Service Expert
As a Delivery Technician & Service Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering products to their homes and expertly installing them. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in providing a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customer locations, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
- Install electrical appliances with precision and care, adhering to all safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally and resolving any queries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (Class B or 3) with a clean driving record.
- Proven technical knowledge and manual dexterity for handling electrical appliances.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a Service Technician is highly desirable.
