Human Resources Student Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated HR Working Student to contribute to our Human Resources department.

This role is structured as a Working Student contract for a duration of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, gather, and oversee the filing and digitization of all employment-related documents utilizing the HRSolVVE-Ticketing-System.
  • Assist the HR team with the documentation of HR operations and payroll procedures.
  • Aid in the organization and updating of employee records within the Workday-System and physical files.
  • Create and distribute informational materials for employees as needed.
  • Engage in various HR projects and contribute positively as a proactive member of a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in human resources, administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in German (minimum C1 level).
  • Competent in English - at least CEFR B2 level.
  • Available to work 20 hours per week for the duration of the contract.
  • Possess emotional maturity and ethical standards, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle stress effectively.
  • Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications for professional use.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
