About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at OKTAGON MMA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage fan interactions across social media, fostering a positive and engaged community.
  • Travel with our team to events, capturing behind-the-scenes content, fighter interviews, weigh-ins, and live-action shots.
  • Create short-form video content using basic editing tools to highlight key moments from events and fighters' journeys.
  • Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and adjust content strategy based on data insights.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging and standout content.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong community building skills, with the ability to interact with fans and respond professionally and authentically.
  • Basic video editing skills, with the ability to create short, dynamic videos using tools like CapCut.
  • Passion for MMA, with a deep understanding of the sport and its community.

From TV shows to media productions, promotion events, press events, and sold-out arenas with up to 25,000 spectators per event, we have already made a mark in the MMA community in Europe.

As we continue to grow at an incredible pace, broadcasting live in over 100 countries, we have managed to win over almost 1 million fans on social media and break all records in the MMA event sector in Germany in just one year. We have had 3 sold-out events, 1 reality TV series, and many other projects and collaborations in the past year.

To successfully implement our future goals, we plan to implement a comprehensive media and event plan with arena events in Germany, where you will be actively involved.
