Aufgaben- Überwachung der Kosten des Stores: Analyse des Gewinn- und Verlustberichts, Erstellung des Jahresbudgets, Umsatzprognosen, Kostenoptimierung
- Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen und profitablen Betriebs durch die Aufbau von langfristigen Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und der lokalen Gemeinschaft
- Coachung und Förderung des Teams durch regelmäßige Entwicklungs-, Feedback- und Motivationsgespräche
- Sicherstellung eines einzigartigen Gästeservices durch den Aufbau eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs im Store
- Du bist motiviert und gehst als Vorbild voran
- Du bist ein Allrounder, der Verantwortung übernimmt und immer danach strebt, unseren Kunden ein wunderbares Erlebnis zu bieten
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe/Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung, Personaleinsatz- und Budgetplanung
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, selbstständig und bist lösungsorientiert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
