Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our Aviation team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy and sourcing process for the Structure and Interiors parts within the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's overarching strategy
- Source and select suppliers for the procurement of Structure and Interiors parts
- Lead large-scale supplier sourcing deployment projects from start to finish
- Orchestrate a global network of aircraft suppliers to facilitate best practice exchange and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement and supplier management
- Experience in contracting in the aerospace or automotive sectors
- Excellent analysis and evaluation skills with a drive to challenge the status quo
- Fluent English language skills
