As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients towards achieving their health goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing our cutting-edge nutritional intervention, ensuring it is evidence-based, accessible, and relevant to our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their program.
  • You will collaborate with our technical, medical, and product teams to ensure seamless care coordination and continuous improvement of our solution.
  • You will collect and analyze patient feedback, communicating insights to our product and medical teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • You will be the trusted advocate for our patients, providing empathetic and expert support to help them achieve their health objectives.
  • You will contribute to the development of our innovative nutritional intervention, ensuring it is grounded in scientific evidence and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
Requirements

  • Qualifications: Certified nutritionist or qualified dietitian (e.g. DGE, VDD) with valid state registration in Germany and at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with patients with type 2 diabetes or other metabolic illnesses, with a strong understanding of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data.
  • Language: Native (or equivalent) in German is required, with fluency in conversational English a strong plus.
  • Passion: You are driven by our mission to improve metabolic health and excited about the potential of digital health technologies to make a meaningful impact.
  • Skills: You are well-organized, solution-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus: Previous experience as a Diabetesberater:in or Diabetesassistent:in is an added advantage.
