Spacecraft Operations Specialist

eWe have a number of exciting openings for Spacecraft Controller s based in Darmstadt, Germany to start in Sept 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the configuration and testing of operational systems to support ongoing mission success.
- Apply contingency and emergency procedures to address anomalies in the ground or space segment, ensuring spacecraft safety and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Participate in system development and maintenance, as well as the creation of operational procedures as needed by the team.
Experience working with computer systems and strong PC literacy are essential for this role.
Thorn SDS provide dynamic teams that support IT and Spacecraft Infrastructure for key clients, offering first and second line operational and support services, including responsive on-call and out-of-hours assistance.
