Job Summary

We are seeking a working student to join our team as a UX Content Creator. As a member of our international team, you will support our technical writers and UX designers in creating high-quality software documentation and tutorials, as well as various types of media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, updating, and testing software documentation and tutorials
  • Develop different types of media content, such as graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts
  • Test AI tools and use cases in the context of content creation
  • Collect and implement feedback for our help content
  • Support production processes in the content management system (CMS)
  • Conduct user research activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of Technical Communication, Linguistics, Humanities, Media Computer Science, Digital Media, or a similar field
  • Experience with MS Office applications and preferably with a content management system, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphics tools
  • Interest in software engineering and programming
  • Proficient in English; German is a plus
  • Reliable, organized, and excellent communication skills
