Wir suchen eine erfahrene Juristin oder einen Rechtsanwalt, die oder der sich auf Commercial Law spezialisiert hat und Erfahrung in internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen hat. Die oder der idealen Kandidat*in sollte eine Leidenschaft für die Themen Recht und Digitalisierung haben und bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Commercial Law haben.

Was du tun wirst:

Du wirst als Teil unserer Rechtsabteilung unsere Kollegen*innen in den Fachbereichen und die Geschäftsleitung in sämtlichen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten beraten. Du wirst in RFP-/Tender-Prozessen für ausländische Tochtergesellschaften in den Regionen DACH, Benelux und Nordics unterstützen. Du wirst Vertragsmanagement und -prüfungen in Bezug auf Mandanten- und Dienstleisterkooperationen für alle für die PAIR Finance-Gruppe relevanten Regionen durchführen. Du wirst im Bereich Versicherungsmanagement unterstützen. Du wirst mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass rechtliche Anforderungen und Vertragsbedingungen eingehalten werden. Du wirst aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Optimierung im Bereich Legal Operations mitwirken.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du solltest ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium mit mindestens einem europäischen Masterabschluss (LL.M.) haben. Du solltest mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Commercial Law haben, idealerweise internationalen europäischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Benelux, Nordics und/oder DACH-Bereich. Du solltest Erfahrung in RFP-/Tender-Prozessen, im Vertragsmanagement und -prüfungen und im Verhandeln und Monitoren von Versicherungsverträgen haben. Du solltest verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse haben, Niederländisch bzw. Schwedisch sind ein Plus.
