">Harbor Freight Tools is a 45-year-old national tool retailer with over 1,500 stores across the country. We offer our customers more than 7,000 tools and accessories, from hand tools and generators to air and power tools, from shop equipment to automotive tools.
">Job Description:
">The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes maintaining a safe and clean store environment, managing inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

- Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly">
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store">
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations">
- Lead, coach, and develop others">
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years' experience in retail management or leadership. You should also be able to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone.
">Benefits:

">Salary:
">The estimated salary for this position is $25.50 - $28.05 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.
">Additional Information:
">This is a full-time position that requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
