Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic care to patients during both day and night shifts.
- Independently plan and execute fundamental nursing tasks, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Effectively manage and document patient care before and after surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and recovery staff.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic assessments and provide follow-up care.
- Maintain, sterilize, and verify the functionality of medical tools and supplies.
- Assist in patient rounds and maintain accurate records.
- Carry out additional administrative responsibilities as required within the unit.
- Completed nursing education or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
