Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Client Development Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our client development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients among the biggest names in the Selective Beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strategic relationships with Top Management client contacts to develop knowledge of their most important business issues/needs.
    • Position yourself as a privileged client partner through your knowledge of our solutions and a solid understanding of their business priorities.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Drive the achievement of revenue growth by identifying new commercial opportunities.
    • Contribute to our client network development by participating in prospecting efforts.
  • Client Value Proposition
    • Provide clients with added value through analysis and strategic recommendations.
    • In close collaboration with our teams of experts, propose creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs and develop revenue.
  • Market Expertise
    • Develop a strong understanding of the Beauty industry and distribution panels.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively in a matrix and international environment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High education specialized in Marketing.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing (products/market research).
  • Strong interest in the Beauty industry and good knowledge of distribution panels.
  • Consulting, analytical, and interpersonal skills to develop long-lasting and profitable client relationships.
  • Ability to convince an audience and develop revenue within client portfolios.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Ability to travel for work (twice a month maximum).
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
