We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Nuremberg. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business leaders to develop and embed the people strategy, aligned to business needs and goals.
* Develop strong, credible relationships with managers and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver people strategy and support to the business.
* Manage employee relations, including performance management, employee cases, and policy development.
* Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, internal moves, and global mobility.
* Support business leaders in org design for new and existing roles and teams.
* Drive data and reporting to inform business decisions.

Requirements

* Fluent German language skills.
* In-depth knowledge of German employee relations and employment legislation.
* Experience as a people lead for workers councils, employee committee, or union requirements.
* Proven HR business partnering experience, with the ability to navigate between strategic and transactional aspects of the role.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Experience working in a matrixed environment.
* Ability to work as an individual contributor supporting a region and/or business unit, while collaborating with the HRBP and wider HR team.
