Wir suchen eine/n Deputy Store Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Store in Essen.
Als Deputy Store Manager bist du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unseren Store Manager bei der Führung des Teams und der Verwaltung des Stores.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Store Managers
- Repräsentation unserer Premium Lifestyle Marke als Markenbotschafter
- Motivation des Teams und Nachwuchsförderung
- Onboarding und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Sicherstellung und Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben
- Umgang mit unseren Omni-Channel Systemen
- Betreuung und Aufbau von Stamm- und Neukunden
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenmanagements und einer aktiven Flächensteuerung
