Vestas is seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team of experts in improving wind turbine performance. As a key member of our Performance Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in driving technical improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our turbines.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address performance drivers in our fleet
  • Analyze technical and operational issues to optimize turbine performance
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve site performance
  • Ensure seamless communication between engineering and service teams

Requirements

  • Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or marine engineering
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of WTG control systems and data analysis experience a plus
  • Working experience in the wind industry, preferably in a service or commissioning role
