To enhance our team, we are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated F&B Assistant (m/f/x) to oversee our Front Office operations.
We encourage applications from individuals with experience in various sectors such as bakeries, cafes, convenience stores, fast food, barista roles, culinary positions, kitchen support, beverage service, snack bars, or those looking to transition into a hospitality career who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage actively in kitchen and bar operations, including daily cleaning tasks Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet, ensuring a delightful start for our guests Uphold quality and HACCP standards in all food and beverage areas Oversee pantry management and inventory checks, placing orders for supplies as needed Handle product deliveries and ensure proper storage Design and implement the menu for our dinner buffet Coordinate scheduling for kitchen and bar staffCANDIDATE PROFILE
You are reliable, quality-focused, and adaptable You demonstrate a strong commitment to your work and the ability to operate independently You possess a proactive attitude and maintain a positive demeanor, even under pressure Previous experience in gastronomy or hospitality is advantageous but not essential Proficiency in German and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plusOUR OFFERINGS
