Automotive Inspection Engineer: Conducting Official Vehicle Inspections

Welcome to Ingenieurbüro Wolk, a dynamic start-up and recognized partner of the KÜS. We specialize in conducting official and unofficial inspections in automotive workshops, dealerships, and with private individuals at our own automotive inspection center.
We are currently seeking a skilled automotive inspection engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting official vehicle inspections, performing exhaust emissions tests, handling vehicle modification inspections, issuing data sheets for EU type-approved vehicles, carrying out safety inspections, and providing expert opinions on vintage vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and accurate official vehicle inspections
- Perform exhaust emissions tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Handle vehicle modification inspections to verify compliance with EU regulations
- Issue data sheets for EU type-approved vehicles to facilitate registration and certification
- Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure vehicle safety
- Provide expert opinions on vintage vehicles to help owners and collectors make informed decisions
- Completed training as an inspection engineer (appointed by a recognized supervisory organization)
- Valid driver's license for all vehicle classes (except D and D1)
- Minimum German language proficiency level C1
