Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our testing strategy, ensuring the integration and functionality of our electrical propulsion system. Your expertise in test infrastructure and campaigns will be crucial in driving our innovation forward.

Your Profile
  • MSc or equivalent degree in aerospace engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field required.
  • Proven disciplinary leadership experience of at least 5 years in a similar area within an aerospace or automotive OEM or tier 1 supplier.
  • Substantial experience in HV electric drive system testing, ideally in the field of electric mobility.
  • Experience with aircraft development programs, including verification & validation (EASA/FAA Part 23 or 25).
  • Outstanding network of test infrastructure, equipment suppliers, and experts in industry and academia.
  • Proactive interaction with external and internal stakeholders and authorities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and execute simultaneous activities.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and German language.
