About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team at Tabel GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure network architectures and protocols to protect against cyber threats
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
• Implement and manage security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our network and systems
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of security systems with our existing infrastructure
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts to minimize downtime and data loss

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
• Experience with network architecture design and implementation
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
