We are seeking an experienced Department Manager - Assortment Control (Allocation) to join our team at Ernsting's family.

About the Role:

The Department CrossChannel Control plays a crucial role in ensuring that our approximately 1,925 stores in Germany and Austria, as well as our growing Online Shop, always have the right items available in the optimal quantity.

The department is responsible for controlling the planned quantities per item from goods receipt to the end of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory control processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of inventory management goals.
