Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Store Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
