We have been filling vacant personnel requirements for our clients in our consulting fields of tax consulting, banking, legal & office, and real estate since 1994.

For our well-known client, a tax consulting and auditing firm (approximately 65 employees at the Frankfurt am Main location) focused on middle-class consulting, we are looking for a tax consultant in a leadership position to further expand the team:

Tax Consultant (m/w/d) and Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

  • As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 5 employees and supporting them in their daily tasks, including the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
  • You will bring experience in international tax consulting and the management of corporate clients, including capital and personal companies.
  • You will support our tax consultants and auditors in their daily tasks, including the coordination and control of tax returns and financial statements.
  • You will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns and financial statements, as well as providing practical solutions to tax-related issues.
  • You will be responsible for preparing annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as participating in their review and preparation of complex tax returns.
  • You will participate in projects, such as due diligence and company valuations.

Our Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a tax consultant exam.
  • You have extensive experience as a team leader, preferably in a mid-sized tax consulting firm with international orientation.
