Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at our corporate headquarters in Braunschweig. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Analyze and evaluate CVs and resumes to ensure the best fit for our projects.
  • Maintain and expand our company-wide talent pool to support future growth.
  • Collaborate with departments to select suitable profiles and create job advertisements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development department as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed vocational training or university degree, preferably with a technical background.
  • Proven recruiting and active sourcing skills, ideally in an international context.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience in directly approaching potential experts and professionals in foreign languages.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
