Business Controller Wolfsburg

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in the Administration and Dry Storage areas of assigned hotels. You will detect and transmit any needs and opportunities to the Business Partner and provide support to the OC Business Partner by analyzing relevant information and advising the Hotel Manager and other operational departments.
Budget and Close of AccountsYou will review budget guidelines with assigned business units, participate in the preparation of the budget, and monitor budget deviations. You will also participate in the definition of corrective measures and monitor compliance with them. Additionally, you will carry out local processes for the close of accounts in assigned hotels and analyze and report any deviations compared to forecasts.
Control and ComplianceYou will apply and ensure compliance with Hotel Administration and Accounting rules, processes, and procedures. You will assist with internal audits and coordinate cash control activities, checking the general status of administrative processes. You will also coordinate cost control duties and analyze and optimize them in assigned hotels.
Corporate and FinancialYou may prepare or assist in the preparation of reports for hotel owners/joint ventures at the request of the Business Partner. You will also supervise the posting of movements in accounts made in assigned business units and identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in the workplace.
