Amazon TA is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator Leader to join our team. This part-time role requires coordination, planning, and organization of onsite employee engagement events for various projects.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have diary management experience at Director or Senior Manager level and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onsite employee engagement events for multiple projects
  • Work closely with support staff to build and secure resources for projects and initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, tasks, and budgets
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Diary management experience at Director or Senior Manager level
