Cybersecurity Developer

As a Cybersecurity Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing secure software solutions for our learning management platform. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting security research and analyzing our software for vulnerabilities
• Developing and implementing secure coding practices and guidelines
• Collaborating with colleagues from different departments and locations to respond to security incidents and questions
• Contributing to the implementation and improvement of development and engineering processes and work methodologies

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (M.S. degree is a plus)
• First experience in development, preferably in an agile environment
• Strong programming skills using clean code and design patterns with a focus on correctness, readability, and reusability
• Sound knowledge of Java, SQL, REST-APIs for backend analysis, JavaScript, TypeScript for frontend analysis
• Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is mandatory, German language skills are a plus
• Basic knowledge in Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
