Job Title: Telecom Engineer for Military Construction

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer to support a contract in Stuttgart, Germany.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as the Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer and/or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a contract in Stuttgart, Germany. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing MILCON Telecom designs and providing directions/guidance that meets the Government's requirements and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze ISP/OSP designs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to ensure designs meet Government requirements.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to analyze requirements and engineer Telecom solutions.
  • Develop technical documents using automated tools.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance of projects.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • BICSI ICT Certification Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
  • 5-10 years' experience in ISP/OSP design and implementation projects.
  • Expert proficiency level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
