About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT team at Scalefree International GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Google Workspace, implementing new features, and ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our Google Workspace, including user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Implement new features and functionality to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems
  • Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
  • Organize the onboarding process for new employees, including hardware setup and IT training
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve IT issues and improve our overall IT service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in cloud systems, network technology, and IT security
  • Excellent German and English language skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
