**About the Role:**

• We are seeking a skilled Hearing Specialist Assistant to join our team in Gummersbach.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, providing personalized solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers.
• Implement sales routines with excellence and maintain optimal processes in the store to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Utilize customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
• As a data administrator, you will maintain customer information and ensure it is up-to-date.
• Support the store organization in planning, calendar management, and inventory management.

**Requirements:**

• You have completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d) with success.
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling.
• You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy.
• You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success.
• You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
