Transform the World of Sleep

At Emma, we're pushing the boundaries of technology to revolutionize the sleep industry. We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. As a key member of our international team, you'll be responsible for managing your own projects in business development, supporting the operative steering process of one of our markets, and analyzing the market for sleeping products to propose action plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own projects in business development in one of our country teams
  • Support the operative steering process of one of our markets
  • Analyze the market for sleeping products and propose action plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers through various marketing channels
  • Improve the client experience based on customer feedback

Requirements:
  • Currently studying Business Administration, Management, or a related university program
  • Fluent English and proficiency in either German, Dutch, or French
  • First-hand experience in a dynamic environment and a passion for fast-scalable business models
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate well and learn quickly
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work independently
