Your Job Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Game Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing game features from concept to implementation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the game economy of Nightclub Tycoon and upcoming games.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement game features from concept to launch, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Artists, to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain complex game economy systems, ensuring a fun and engaging player experience.
- Work closely with the team to identify and prioritize feature development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Communicate design decisions and intentions to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
Requirements
- Proven experience in game design, game systems, and balancing game economies for mobile free-to-play games.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play games and their economic systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail, comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
