Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Localization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our localization team, you will be responsible for managing translation projects from English into German, ensuring consistency and quality across all products. Your expertise in project setup and management, content coordination, translation memory management, and feedback resolution will enable us to deliver high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Setup and Management: Create, manage, and oversee translation projects within XTM TMS (Translation Management System), ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met while working closely with the Enterprise Project Manager.
2. Content Coordination: Oversee translation efforts for various content types from English into German, ensuring consistency and quality across all products, while working closely with content teams.
3. Translation Memory Management: Perform file alignments, update and maintain translation memories, and prepare files for translation to ensure efficient use of resources and content reusability.
4. Feedback and Issue Resolution: Act as the central point of communication for feedback, proactively addressing issues and escalating them to the Localisation Lead and Enterprise Project Manager when needed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
1. Native or equivalent fluency in German and English (LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
2. Strong translation skills from English into German.
3. At least 3 years of experience working in a Language Service Provider (LSP) environment or a translation function, with a focus on managing translation or localization projects from English into German.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting time and budget requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
5. Experience in handling various file formats (MS Office, InDesign, etc.).
