We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Lloyd's Register.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects in the marine and offshore industry. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
- Coordinating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
- Developing and implementing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle;
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
You will be working closely with our experienced project managers, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management;
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project;
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile, or Scrum.
