Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Laboratory Service Sales department in Germany. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving remote sales opportunities and developing effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and virtual meetings.
• Develop and maintain effective customer relations to drive customer needs and interest to the Agilent services portfolio.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the territory to grow the existing customer base.
• Proactively collaborate with field service and internal sales teams to drive a differentiated customer experience.
• Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
• Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or equivalent.
• Proficient sales development experience, ideally in the life science industry with a passion for a career in sales.
• Fluent German skills and highly proficient in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with external and internal partners.
• Good time management and territory organizational skills with demonstrated experience working via digital tools for inside sales.
• Strong sales prospecting and negotiation skills.
