About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversational AI Developer to join our team at B&O Service AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our Conversational AI platform, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement voice and chatbot solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Optimize the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with service owners to integrate voice and chatbots into our system landscape.
  • Coordinate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing Conversational AI solutions, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of digital project management principles.
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and their applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
