Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Cashier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of cash handling accuracy.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash handling area.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
