Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Expert FMEA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and further developing the topic of FMEA within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Focus FMEA
    • Create and improve standards for FMEA implementation
    • Standardize FMEA variances across the organization
    • Moderate FMEA projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Main Focus Global Expert/Leadership
    • Promote the adoption of FMEA methodology across the company
    • Develop and deliver training programs for FMEA moderators
    • Provide regular feedback to management on project status and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in technical or business studies
  • Profound professional experience as FMEA Specialist
  • Education and training in quality management, such as quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, process management, supplier management, and advanced quality planning
  • Project Manager skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Technical product knowledge in refrigeration/cooling or electrical/controls is an asset
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Management systems (e.g., 9001, 14001, 45001 standards)
  • Fluent in English, with any other language being a plus
