About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Mechatronics Specialist to join our maintenance team at our Wiesbaden location. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of our machines and equipment.

You'll be primarily working in the day shift, but may also be required to work in the evening shift or on weekends and holidays as part of our rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Locate, diagnose, and resolve issues with production equipment
• Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical, control, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as mechanical components
• Take on calibration and preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure equipment safety before performing repairs or maintenance
• Support the commissioning of new production equipment
• Perform minor technical modifications to equipment
• Work independently to complete tasks in the ERP system (SAP-PM)

Requirements

• Completed training as a Mechatronics Specialist or equivalent
• Self-motivated, organized, and engaged work style
• Solution-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Strong sense of safety awareness
• Knowledge of SPS and PLS
• High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations
• Fluent German language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideal experience in the chemical or related industry
• Basic English skills desirable
