Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Logistik- und Supply Chain-Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Logistikprozesse unterstützt. Der Kandidat sollte eine fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und eine ausgeprägte Kenntnis der Supply Chain-Prozesse besitzen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung der Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Logistikprozesse
  • Entwicklung und Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden Prozessen und Systemen
  • Analyse und Visualisierung von Supply Chain-Prozessen
  • Projektmanagement inkl. Dokumentation und Zeitplanorganisation
  • Leitung von Workshops zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Reporting des Projektstatus und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Übergabe von Projekten an die operativen Einheiten
  • Projektunterstützung in Go-Live-Situationen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Supply Chain-Prozessen
  • Eigeninitiative und Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Fähigkeit, in einer Schnittstellenorganisation zu arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Planungs- und Organisationstalent
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und Teammeetings
  • Interkulturelles Bewusstsein und Fähigkeit, sich im multikulturellen Großkonzern zu bewegen
