SAP is seeking a highly skilled Info Security Compliance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cross-unit IT Compliance and Governance standards, including SOX Compliance, ISO Standards, IT Security, and IT Risk Management.
- Collaborate with IT Process Managers and Control Owners to provide process perspective on solution delivery.
- Drive process improvement by introducing new or changed processes and tools, and develop Key Performance Indicators to measure success.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Quality, Security, and Business Continuity standards.
- Gather and track improvement needs from audits, process managers, and organizational changes.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, with sufficient working experience.
- Strong customer focus, business acumen, and business and IT process knowledge.
- Knowledge in IT methods, tools, and processes, as well as business process modeling experience.
- Background in SAP ERP technologies and experience with regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and IT certifications.
- Fluency in German and English.
