**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Controlling Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for working on various corporate projects, such as Working Capital Management, implementation of new key performance indicators for group-wide corporate management, and benchmarking of sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the analysis of the need for adaptation of the current cost and performance accounting methodology in the context of the introduction of a new ERP software.
  • Work with planning and forecasting processes at the group and departmental levels.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the board of directors and supervisory board.
  • Support product, sales, and development controlling and conduct analyses of individual behaviors.

**Requirements**

  • You are studying business administration, economics, or a related field with a focus on accounting or controlling.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in accounting or controlling.
  • You are comfortable working with IT systems and have a strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
  • You enjoy challenges and teamwork, which you combine with entrepreneurial thinking.
