We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Finance & Controlling team at Lufthansa Systems GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and contributing to the development of innovative financial solutions.

About the Role

As a Working Student in Finance & Controlling, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, collaborating with our Finance & Controlling team to develop digital tools and streamline processes, and supporting the optimization of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Controlling team to develop digital tools and streamline processes
  • Support the optimization of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop innovative financial models utilizing AI and ML techniques to automate tasks in finance and controlling
  • Participate in building complex data pipelines and workflows to automate financial processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end finance and controlling solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in finance and digitalization, preferably in Business Informatics/Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics & Management, or a related field. You should also have first experiences in financial controlling, reporting, and budgeting processes, as well as proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python.
