About the Role
F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base across Germany, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our existing customer base in Germany, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Germany, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our technical teams and sales support functions to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Represent our company at industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
Requirements
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a complex sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
