Our division, NanoAnalysis, is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in Germany. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong networks, supporting our channel partners, and developing our presence within the industry.

The Opportunity

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager – Central Europe and be responsible for sales activities to achieve agreed bookings targets in the region (North East Germany) while maximising profitability through optimising regional coverage, key account management, market segment focus, and efficient sales pipeline management.

You will sell directly and through OEM partners, nurturing our new and existing customers, to position Oxford Instruments as their preferred partner and extend the OI market reach.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the desire to proactively generate and pursue new opportunities. You will be happy to work independently, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and understand our products, the market, and how we can best meet the needs of our customers for their current and future endeavours.

You will have a degree in physical, materials science, life sciences or engineering with relevant technical experience to understand highly complex technical products. Experience in electron microscopy, crystallography, X-Ray and electron spectroscopy as well as other analytical instruments/techniques are highly desirable.

You will have a proven track record of technical and commercial sales in selling and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

You will be fluent in German and English. Prior knowledge of Miller Heiman Sales Training is desirable, but training will be provided.
