Business Development Recruiter for Human Resources

Colgate-Palmolive is looking to hire a highly skilled Business Development Recruiter to join its Human Resources team in Hamburg, Germany.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with our Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner to pre-select new applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with applicants.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as excellent German and English language proficiency. The ideal candidate will have ongoing business studies in economics or psychology, ideally with experience in human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the TA & Learning Business Partner in day-to-day recruitment and learning activities
  • Pre-select new applications in close cooperation with the TA team and Hiring Managers
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and follow up on interview outcomes
  • Create bi-lingual contracts and follow-up documents, as well as support the HR onboarding process
  • Acquire potential candidates via social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ongoing business studies in economics or psychology
  • Ideal experience in human resources and recruitment
  • Confidence in using common MS Office applications
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent and solution-oriented work style, with very good communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
