Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our revenue accounting processes, including contract management, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage revenue accounting processes, including contract review, financial reporting, and customer receivable reconciliation.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and maintain a robust contract management system.
  • Develop and maintain a tracker of non-standard financial terms in contracts, ensuring accurate calculation and recording of rebates, revenue shares, and discounts.
  • Synchronize and automate revenue reports through engagement with data, sales, and group controlling teams.
  • Develop and document business processes and revenue accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
  • Lead cash collection processes and initiatives to maintain healthy accounts receivable thresholds.
  • Manage, develop, and grow a team of 4 Finance Operations Accountants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a hyper-growth company.
  • Experience leading a finance team for 2-3 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and high regard for precision.
