**Job Summary**

Optimus Search is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Requirements Engineer / Project Manager to lead software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full Microsoft technology stack and experience in creating both desktop applications and software development using C++.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with internal members to gather, analyze, and define software requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed project plans.

• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

• Oversee the creation and deployment of desktop applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Manage software development projects that involve C++, C#,.NET, SQL Server, etc.

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the software development lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken).

• Extensive experience with the full Microsoft technology stack (C#,.NET, SQL Server, etc.).

• Proven experience in software requirements engineering and/or project management.

• Strong background in developing desktop applications.

• Experience with C++ for software development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
