Position Overview:
We are seeking a (Senior) Clinical Project Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our team in Tübingen or Wiesbaden. This role involves managing both national and international clinical trials for innovative vaccines targeting oncology and infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines in collaboration with the Clinical Project Team.
  • Manage various project components, including budgeting, contracting, drug supply, recruitment, and study progress.
  • Engage with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), vendors, and internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols, monitor clinical site activities, and conduct on-site evaluations.
  • Support the Clinical Project Team in vendor management and oversight.
  • Lead complex, high-priority projects in the early stages of development, establishing strategic and tactical direction for the assigned area.
  • Proactively manage budget and contract-related tasks independently.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, with additional knowledge of EU or US regulations being advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CTMS, and eTMF.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German is a plus.
