Electromagnetic Compatibility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metrology and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to drive the design of new products within our Quality & Regulatory Compliance organization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Delivery, and Support organizations ensures that our products meet customer specifications. The successful candidate will evaluate and establish metrology principles to improve product cost, schedule risk, and time-to-market.
The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party testing and certification organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning EMC compliance of products, developing and evolving test plans, and training R&D engineers.
Responsibilities:- Drive and influence the design of new products.
- Ensure compliance of product specifications with international and internal standards.
- Develop automation strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- Own and develop EMC compliance responsibility, test plans, and training programs.
- Support the company's first-time-right agenda.
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an asset.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, intercultural, and teamwork skills.
- Highly independent and proactive work style with strong ownership.
- Interest in product compliance and safety.
We provide a competitive salary range between €80,000 to €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexibility, benefits, development opportunities, fitness support, security, and a structured onboarding program.
Average salary: €95,000 per year.
