This role offers you the opportunity to significantly impact our product catalog and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Your Role:
As a Product Listing Specialist, you will be essential in managing our product listings. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that every product description, specification, and image is accurately presented, up-to-date, and optimized for both search visibility and sales performance. You will focus on creating new SKUs and refining existing ones to meet the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and Update SKUs: Develop and manage product listings with comprehensive descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images. Regularly refresh and optimize product content to align with market trends and maintain exceptional visual standards. Catalog Feature Development: Drive the roadmap for new catalog features, enhancing product pages. Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate innovative tools that improve efficiency and accuracy. Quality Control: Perform thorough audits to ensure consistency and quality across all product listings. Establish and maintain guidelines and standards for professionalism. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support product launches and promotions. Provide training on best practices and tools for catalog management. Reporting and OKRs: Create reports to monitor catalog performance, ensuring that key objectives and results are achieved. Keep senior management updated with regular metrics and progress reports. People Management: Mentor and manage a team of catalog specialists, guiding them to achieve high performance. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members to expand the team.Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field. Proven experience in catalog management, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in using catalog management systems and e-commerce platforms. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of beauty and personal care products is a plus.
